About The Four Corners Walk

I’m Sam, and in 2026 I’m taking on the challenge of walking to the four corners of the UK. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's myself in 2024 and rather than step back, I’ve chosen to step forward. To challenge myself while my body still allows. I’ve taken a year off work to plan and complete an ambitious adventure that will raise both funds and awareness for a condition that affects over 145,000 people in the UK, and to support the incredible work of Parkinson’s UK.

As I traverse the country, I hope that people will be motivated and inspired by my efforts, follow the journey on the blog and through social media, donate through my JustGiving page (launching 2026) and come and join me for anything from an hour to a day of walking through our wonderful rural landscapes.
